How-To: Program Mercedes W207 W204 all keys lost using Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad on bench.
Tools required:
New blank BE key (VVDI BE key pro and key shell)
Main Procedure:
Read EIS data
Calculate password
Prepare file key
Read/Write key
Step-by-step Operation:
Connect xhorse key tool plus with vehicle, select IMMO Programming->Europe->Benz->Select from system->Password calculation->Data acquisition->All keys lost(fast collector)->W172, 204, 207 (FAST)->Password wizard mode
Connect +12V to MB power adapter. Don’t provide +12V power to EIS able.
Connect device OBD line to OBD on bench before continue
Connect IR Adapter to device
Acquisition finished, upload saved data for password
upload data to calculate password
calculate password success
Unplug MB power adapter
Select EIS Tools function
Auto detect EIS type W172, 204, 207 (with ELV)
Select Read the EIS data->via OBD
Save password to EIS file
Select Prepare Key File
Load the EIS file with password and confirm
Select type of key to generate: v51
Communication with server
Preparing key
Key file generated completed
Insert a new key into infrared antenna of the Xhorse KEY TOOL PLUS
Read/Write Key->Read/Write key via IR
IR identify key information
Unused BE key
Select Write BE key
click OK to load the key file to be written
Insert a new BE key into infrared antenna of the KEY TOOL PLUS
Writing data
Write data success
If key is smart key (BE), insert battery and wait 1 minute before learn key to car.
