How to program 2025 Suzuki encrypted BCM ID47 all keys lost with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus?
Step 1: Read BCM Flash
Read and save BCM module R7F701623 Dflash with VVDI Prog programmer.
Step 2: Generate XM38 remote
Go to Remote Program- Suzuki-XL6-XL6 KeylessGo ID47.
Generate Suzuki ID47 KeylessGo remote using Xhorse XM38 universal remote.
Step 3: Program All Keys Lost
Go to Test function18
Select All Key Lost and ID47 key type.
This function make a simulator key which can start engine only. Then you can perform add key function with this simulator key.
Load BCM Dflash data read by vvdi prog.
Select a key position and program key.
Input the generated XM38 remote into device coil.
Now the XM38 remote simulator key can start engine.
Perform “Add key” function to program the XM38 key to vehicle.
