Yes. VVDI Keytool can copy 8C chip. There’s no special chip for 8c cloning.
Xhorse will release a Xhorse super chip soon.
The super transponder will replace 33, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 4D, 4C,4D, 8C, 8A, 8E, T1, T2, T3 etc chips.
