Step 1:
Decode and Cut key with Dolphin XP005
In Xhorse App, select Vehicle Database->Volkswagen->Jetta->HU66
You will be measuring at the M2 clamp shoulders
Decode key
Cutting key
Wait until cutting key completed.
Step 2:
Generate remote using VVDI Key Tool Max
make sure you have already unlocked access to 48 megamos online cloning by generating a few universal wired/wireless/proxy remotes..
In Key Tool Max app
Select Vehicle Remote->VW-> Wire remote (FCCCID: NBG0100180T)
wire remote only (non smart key)
Connect remote pcb with keytool max
Press Generate remote
Generate remote in process
Burn success
Step 3:
Program remote with OBD programmer (i.e Auto pro pad)
Select VW->Program Remote-> 09 Central Control (CAN BUS)
and follow autopro pad prompts to program remote control until success.
