This is a tutorial on how to program VW Golf IV 1999 VDO-93C86 key with Xhorse VVDI2 + GODIAG GT112 by bench.
Connect VVDI2&GODIAG to dashboard.
The flashing indicates that the key is not recognized. If it turns off for 3s, the key is not recognized or the key chip does not match.
- Read & Save EEPROM
Open VVDI2 software,
VW >> Intruments >> Connect >> Identification >> Read DTCs
Special Function >> K-Line Instrument/Immobox >> Read EEPROM
Save EEPROM file.
- Make Dealer Key
Put the VVDI Super Chip into VVDI2 coil.
Attention:
If the chip is used, it needs to be wiped clean first.
Transponder Programmer >> Autodetect Transponder
We can see it’s an unlocked PCF7936 chip.
Immobilizer Data Tool >> Euro >> VW >> Golf >> IV 1999 VDO-93C86 >> Key1 >> Load EEPROM dump >> Make Dealer Key >> VVDI Super chip – Select used position, NO NEED write EEPROM
Prepare dealer key success. Now the key can start engine.
It has been a MEGAMOS 48 chip.
Put the chip into GODIAG coil and turn ignition on.
The flashing off, which means a key have been matched.
The light of the key identifier flashes and then goes out, indicating that the IMMO chip and the chip key are working properly.
