I have VVDI MB Tool. I tried to convert some bonus points to tokens but I always get error “Bonus points operation failed“. I’m using the android app. Did anyone manage to do it?
How to solve?
Possible reason 1 and solution:
Just exchanged now and it works.
Make sure you select dealer and fill your address..
I used new app on Android.
Xhorse V1.5.2.
Possible reason 2 and solution:
Contact the dealer who has “Combined device” option and “uncombined device” option, they will choose “”uncombined device” option for you.
