Customers used to provide Condor Mini serial number only in order to bind these two.
But now Xhorse company has changed the policy:
After you received the Condor/Dolphin key cuter, you must provide your Customer ID information (Passport, Driving license etc) and Condor master series/Dolphin serial number to enjoy 1 free token.

To make sure the device is yours.
To make sure device is consistent with your ID information.
