Xhorse VVDI MB Cannot Get Calculation Times from Server?

Question: My xhorse vvdi mb tool failed to calculate MB password online. Error Cannot get calculation times from server. Any idea?

You vvdi mb device is locked. It won’t calculate password anymore.
