Problem:
I want to upgrade xhorse vvdi mini obd tool to v1.5.0 but keep failing. Cannot sync the device either.
Is there any solution for it?
Solution:
The update procedure goes like this
If not working, try to connect via OBD 12V or use obd2 breakout to provide power, the USB does not have have sufficient power, then try again.
Change USB cable or COM Port, try several times.
If all no luck, replace this battery on the main board. Battery type: CR2032.
Sync device again after replacing battery. Then update firmware via Upgrade kit again.
If your current version is 1.4.8, failed to update firmware via upgrade kit for many times, need to send back for repair.
