Problem:
When the Xhorse Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine is connected to power supply, it works. But when I unplug the power, it shuts off. Is the battery bad?
Solution:
Need to replace a battery BMS board.
Check if your XP005 is under warranty. If yes, contact your dealer to send you a new BMS board.
After receiving the BMS board, do following:
Under normal cell condition with abnormal BMS board:
1. Remove in order 1-2-3 as shown.
2. Connect battery ports in sequence A-B-C.
3. Power via adapter without draining cell to prevent over-discharge.
