Problem:
My xhorse vvdi mini obd tool does not communicate with any vehicle. I tried update firmware and sync in app, but no luck. Any solution?

Solution:
Run an upgrade with xhorse upgrade kit.
If still same error, there is something wrong with your device. Send to send back for repair.
