Xhorse VVDI MB W212 2014 No Key Inserted?

I want a copy from this a key to a Mercedes Benz W212 2014 with xhorse vvdi mb bga tool? What is the problem?
No key was inserted, But a key good working.

This is FBS4, you cannot do it. Only dealer can do it.
