Since reading the Xhorse MLB key adding tutorial, I’m gonna try to add 2 new Audi smart keys with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus + VVDI MLB Tool today. Easy 3 steps, details please refer to the below article:

After collecting key data & making dealer key, this is already the 3rd step learn key. And so far it’s gone well.

Immo programming >> VW >> Select by type >> MLB immobilizer system >> Learn key
Turn off the air conditioning and open the engine compartment cover before programming the key!
Please input the number of keys to be learned: 2
This type needs to load the immo data to program, click OK to load the data.
Start transfer/receive data…
Number of learned/total number of learning keys: 0/2 -> 1/2 -> 2/2
Please keep the key1 close to sensing coil, click OK.
Key Tool Plus Warning:
Before learning completed, please do not turn off the ignition(Do not press start button)!!!
Matching completed!
Please take the device out of the car and test whether the key’s intelligent function is normal. Otherwise interference may occur.
Test the new keys, both can work.
