Step 1 – Prepare and Generate the New Remote

1. Insert the new XSKFF0EN key into the slot of the Key Tool Max PRO.
2. On the tool, go to:
   Remote Program → Nissan → NAVARA → NAVARA (2019–2021) ID46 433 → Generate
   This configures the remote to the correct frequency (433.93MHz FSK) and transponder type (ID46 proximity smart key).

Step 2 – Read the BCM Code

1. Navigate to:
   Immo Programming → Nissan → Select from System → Smart → 4-digit PIN → Type 5 (no slot-button type).
2. Select Read BCM Code and turn the ignition ON when prompted.
3. Choose Yes to calculate PIN codes online.
   The tool will display the BCM code and passwords—make sure to note them down.

Step 3 – Program the New Smart Key

1. Stay in the same menu and choose Program Smart Key.
2. Remove all keys from the vehicle and press the START button once. The security light will flash twice.
3. Confirm Yes to automatically release the steering lock and begin the matching process.

 

Step 4 – Key Matching Procedure

Follow these simple on-screen steps:

1. Hold the back of the new smart key against the START button, then press START. Wait until the immobilizer light goes off, then turn the ignition OFF.
2. To add more keys, repeat the step above.
3. After programming, hold the key against the START button again and start the vehicle, then turn it OFF.
4. If the steering lock remains engaged, press the START button again to reset it.

 

Step 5–Verification

1. Start the car with the new key. If it doesn’t start immediately, hold the key near the induction coil and retry until you hear a beep.
2. Test both original and new keys by:

• Opening and closing the door once.
• Pressing the remote lock/unlock buttons.
• Starting the engine and letting it run for 5 seconds.

3. Once all keys work normally, the programming is complete.
