Problem:
Failed to read Renesas V850 D70F3526 MCU with Xhorse Multi Prog. It reported an error “Chip configuration failed. Error code 08030201. Crystal frequency does not match.”
Solution:
1. Make sure you have modified the MCU adapter to latest version.
2. Also requires connecting a 1k 0hm resistor between RTXD and VCC.
Try read mcu again.
