VVDI Key Tool Plus VW Passat 24C64 AKL File Not Supported Solution

Problem:
I need help with VW Passat 2016 AKL non smart 4th immo system ID48.  I’ve removed the dashboard from the car, read the 24c64e chip dump.
I can’t generate dealer key with dump. Xhorse vvdi key tool plus says “This file is not supported by current module”. KTP identifies it as 4th immosystem – Vw/Skoda/Seat late B7 passat (US model).
I’m sure that I’m doing something wrong, can’t find any info for this car.
I hope you can help me with this.

Solution:

US model:

Passat USA (Jetta) SW1104 – do with immo 4+24C64 2014.06-

-> 1) service mode

2) write eeprom,

3) read immo (keep cluster dark), once you save immo, you can do dealer key and learn over immo data file this key.

Everything is done quickly and simply, you don’t even have to completely disassemble the panel.
1. Eeprom is being read out
2. VVDI2 or Key Tool Plus enter the model car, there choose “service mode”, throw a dump, it will issue a service.
3. Writing this dump service back in eeprom. And you pick up the cleaning.
4. Connect on OBD, enter the model car, open the original dump, write eeprom, as soon as the writing is over, the car will go into service mode, as it happens with the present key. Well, then everything is as usual.

I’ve generated service eeprom, put it to 24c64 chip and write original eeprom back via obd.
Finally been able to read cars eeprom and immo data.
Generated dealer key, reset instrument.

EU model:

Passat B6/B7/CC for Europe have immo in CCM (comfort module) behind the glovebox. 95320 eeprom. NOT in the 17 Instruments. On the bench job. Tango or Vvdi2.

Remove glovebox, to access module. Remove and desolder chip read and make dealer key. Refit then learn to car via obd.
