VVDI 2 prepare remote function gets garbled (solution)

Problem: 

When i tried to use the “Prepare Remote” function of VVDI2 key programmer to program IJ0 959 753 DJ remote, the VVDI2 software displayed garbled, see picture below:

Xhorse VVDI 2 factory engineer reply:
Currently VVDI2 “Prepare Remote” function cannot support English database,only Chinese database. English database is still under developing.
