How to Solve VVDI Key Tool Plus Resource File Missing Problem?

Problem:

I have got the xhorse vvdi key tool plus pad updated to the lateest version, tried on BMW FEM Cas4 Range Rover etc, all saying not available??

Error “The resource file is missing, go to the Update Center to download database again”

1. Reset key tool plus to factory setting

2. Download database again
