Problem:
Try to generate the Xhorse XM38 Toyota smart key for RAV4 2018 keylessgo 8a. FCCID HYQ14FBA. The option says “If the mathing is completed and then regenerated, the remote control function is available,
but the key must be cleared and the matching is repeated to have smart function”.
I understand “re-generate” the universal key XM38, but “Clear it”? What they mean? What is the option to do that? No prox working when matching to the vehicle.
Solution:
It means if you regenerate the remote you must also delete it from the car’s system it was learned to so you can relearn it it keeps the same ID sometimes and the car won’t take it again because it thinks it’s already learned that what they are trying to say.
