User report:
It is a VW Polo 2013 with dashboard JC 95320.
Transponder chip: ID48
It does not work by reading eeprom.
Cloned the transponder with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus, need an Xhorse XN wireless remote key and 100 points, clone transponder online via clone transponder menu, sniffer data near ignition contact, in max 5 minute should be ok.
The remote you can add by immo, select remote System 09 bcm and should be ok.
