This is a quick installation & calibration for Xhorse Dolphin XP007 key cutting machine.
How to setup Dolphin XP007 machine?
- Remove the protective bolt and install the handle, turn button to ON;
- Find the included double sided probe, insert it into the right side mount;
- Inset the milling cutter into the left mount with a flat edge facing the screw.
How to calibrate Dolphin XP007 machine?
Note: Calibration requires probes in both mounts for equal comparison.
- Tighten cutting mount when both sides are lit for easy Z-Axis alignment.
- Touch probes to rear/fore edges of clamps to test Y axis alignment.
- Use inner or outer side edges of clamps to test X axis alignment.
- Use hex wrench to adjust the clamp positions.
1&2 = X axis adjustment
3&4 = Y axis adjustment
