How to perform key programming & remote match for a Hyundai Grand i10 with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad? I’m gonna use a working key and a new key for the test, this is the new key to be programmed.
Generate Transponder
Connect Key Tool Plus with OBD.
Put a VVDI Super Chip into the coil.
Generate transponder >> ID47 >> New 7938 chip >> Generate
Complete, press “Complete” to finish.
Generate Remote
Take out super chip and go back to main page.
Remote program >> Hyundai >> Grand i10 >> Grand i10 ID47 1970
Connect the new key with Key Tool Plus, press “Generate”.
Writing data, please wait…
Burn success, press “Complete”.
Read PIN Code
Go back to main page.
Immo programming >> Hyundai >> Read PIN code >> ID46 >> Begin
Wait until loading 100%…
Turn on the ignition, press “OK”.
Record the passwords, press “OK”.
Whether to continue to test the password read currently? Press “No”.
Operation completed! Press “OK”.
Program Key with Xhorse key tool plus
Immo programming >> Hyundai >> Select by type >> Key programming >> Type 4 (CAN) >> Begin >> Key programming
Switch ignition OFF then ON again, or click double flash button once to make sure the system is activated. Press “OK”.
The number of learned key: 1, whether to continue? Press “Yes”.
Input password, press “OK”.
Whether to learn the 1 key? Press “Yes”.
Insert the new key and switch ignition to ON. Press “OK”.
The 1 key learned successfully! Press “OK”.
Whether to learn the 2 key? Press “No” then “OK” to complete.
Operation completed! Press “OK”.
Match Remote
Go back to main page.
Immo programming >> Hyundai >> Select by type >> Remote system >> 16PIN >> type 2 >> Begin >> Remote key adaptation
Choose OBD2 interface, and turn on the ignition to ON. Press “OK”.
Switch ignition off, remove the key, press “OK”.
Match remote: press UNLOCK or LOCK button for more than 1 second.
Match 1 remote successfully, whether to continue to match next one? Press “Cancel”.
Remote match complete, press “OK” to finish.
Let’s test the key finally, it can start the engine, and the remote is workable.
