It’s a very old car- a 2004 Volvo S60 with Megamos ID48 transponder key. All keys have lost. The customer had owned it for over 20 years but had accidentally lost every single key. He had tried finding someone to make replacements, but everyone told him it couldn’t be done.
It can be done with Xhorse VVDI Prog and VVDI2 bundle.
Procedure:
Remove and disassemble the CEM immo box from car.
The immobilier data is stored in the chip 28F400B5B.
Desolder the chip and solder to vvdi prog SOP44 adapter.
Read chip data with vvdi prog.
In VVDI Prog software, select Intel- AB28F400B5B(PSOP44).
Read and save CEM 28F400 flash data.
Run VVDI2 software, select

Uploaded the immo data read by vvdiprog.
Place a Megamos ID48 chip and make dealer key via dump.
Cut a new mechanical key.
Now car starts.
