Xhorse VVDI Prog Device Error 10 Solution

Problem:

Failed to read Tesla battery module with Xhorse VVDI Prog, it said device error (10). Any solution?

Solution:

If vvdi prog reports device error 10 which means the device is broken.

Need to send back to repair.
