Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus XM38 Hardware Error

Problem:

Can anyone tell what is going on? Toyota prado I’ll try to generate xm38 with vvdi key tool plus. All updates are downloaded. But key tool plus said hardware error.

Solution:

Clear cache and download database again.

It should be ok.
