Problem:
I failed to update the xhorse vvdi bimtool pro firmware to v1.8.4 via upgrade kit. It failed to proceed and reported error code 400: update failed. Any clues?
Solution:
Change stable network connection or another laptop
If still failed, you may need to send back hardware for repair (VVDI BIMTool unit only).
