Solved: Xhorse Multi-Prog”Database not read, must be updated before use!”

A Russian customer gave the feedback that his Xhorse Multi-Prog Software is unable to update. It prompted: “Database not read, must be updated before use!” The database local version is V0. It detected the new version V39, but never succeeded in downloading.

Solution

Users in certain areas may meet this problem, follow the steps below to solve:

1. Switch the MultiProg language to Chinese and update;
2. After a successful upgrade, switch back to English. The database version will still be V0, however it does not affect normal use.
