Hey guys, today I’m gonna to cut a H50 key for Ford Ranger door cylinder, I will use the Xhorse Dolphin XP005 key cutting machine and VVDI Key Tool Max to finish it. Surely you can use a smart phone with Xhorse app installed to instead of VVDI Key Tool Max.
This is lock number 51441, H50 is the 5-cut door lock blank key.
Connect VVDI Key Tool Max with Dolphin XP005 machine, let’s go ahead:
Cut by bitting >> Slica – FO14
Read the notes, press “OK”.
M1 clamp tip align 3 position, this type recommend use 1.5mm to cut.
Key fixed: clear metal fillings and use your finger to press the blank key on the clamp and make sure it is flat.
Input the lock number for key bitting: 51441.
Install the blank key flat and fixed on M1 clamp, tip align 3 position.
Go back to VVDI Key Tool Max:
Cutting key >> Continue
Dolphin XP005 machine starts cutting key…
Key cutting completed.
Clear the metal fillings, take out the key to have a try, okay, it works perfectly.
