If there is no connection to the OBD connector with Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus, you can do a device test.
Follow instructions below to do a self-test.
Go to IMMO Programming-> More functions-> Device Test
Select K-line Test
Short connect PIN7 and PIN15 to do a K-line test.
If test failed, there is something wrong with the device. You may need to send back to repair.
