Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus VAG 5C 5D Failed to Obtain Image Solution

Need to read a VAG MQB49 5C key data with xhorse vvdi key tool plus. But it does not show key wiring diagram.

Error: failed to obtain image.

How to fix it?

Solution:

1.Change other network connection and try again.

2. Redownload IMMO database and Prog database, then try again.
