This update significantly expands your service range for Volkswagen, Skoda, Audi, and Porsche. Here is what’s included in the new rollout:
- 5C System Support: Fully compatible with Xhorse VVDI Smart Keys and original keys, whether they are locked or unlocked.
- 5D System Support: Currently supports original keys.
- Reading Methods: The VVDI KEY TOOL PLUS currently supports soldered reading. A solder-free adapter solution is expected to be supported in the near future.
Technical Requirements
To access these new features, ensure your hardware meets the following specifications:
Device: KEY TOOL PLUS (Advanced Version).
Firmware: Must be updated to version V.143 or higher.
Update IMMO database to V142 and PROG database to V187 and newer to update VAG 5C and 5D function.

For some 2023+ models you may also need to unlock SFD gateway before learning key in car.
