Problem:
Failed to update Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Pro, it asked to sync device. But still no luck.
Error device needs to restarted.
Solution:
1. Turn off the KEYTOOL MAX PRO completely
• Hold down the power button until it turns off.
• Wait 10 seconds and turn it on again.
2. Check your internet connection
• Make sure you have good Wi-Fi signal or mobile data.
• If you’re using hotspot from your mobile phone, make sure it’s active and working well.
3. Try to update again
• Re-enter the update app.
• Press “Try Again”.
4. If it keeps on failing:
• Wait a few minutes or hours and try later (servers may be saturated).
• You can also try restarting the phone and make sure both devices are close by.
5. Sync the device and check error message. If it tells you that the server does not connect, it is most likely a device problem and needs to be repaired.
