Xhorse VVDI Tools “Device Internal Error” solution

Please kindly check the error message” Device Internal Error”. This message pops up when I launch Benz VVDI MB BGA tool software while my VVDI is connected. I tried in two other computers and with VVDI Prog 2.6.4 and 2.6.3 and 2.7.0 all show the same error message. I can still read the serial number. I tried to reflash the firmware using the builtin function of VVDI-Prog 2.6.4 and 2.7.0 and it didn’t help.     Solution:  You can still read the serial number, which means VVDI hardware is working, the problem is you have unstable network connection, please check whether your network connection is good or bad. www.vvdishop.com
