Reading the Simos PCR 2.1 ECU
Step 1: Selecting the ECU

Navigate to the ECU section in the software and search for Skoda Fabia.

Select the Simos PCR 2.1 (a Continental ECU) from the list.
Step 2: Pinout Connections

Refer to the pinout diagram provided in the software.

Use the included ECU adapter and circular connectors to link the Multiprog to the ECU.

Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.
Step 3: Read Internal Flash Data

Click “Read” to begin the Flash reading process.

The tool communicates with the ECU, displaying progress in real-time.

The internal flash read takes approximately 5 minutes and 18 seconds.
- Save flash data.
Step 4: Read EEPROM Data
- The external EEROM read is faster at 43 seconds.
- Save the eeprom data.
