Problem:
Got the Xhorse digital bluetooth smart key but failed to use it. Smartbox App says the device is not allowed to be used in the current region. Any solution?
Solution:
Xhorse team has fixed the bug. The device is a CN version. Update Xhorse smart box app and it will work no problem.
1. Reset device
2. Connect to device by iPhone.
after all operations, make sure device shown GL version.
3. Reset device again, connect device by Android phone.
If still not working, send device serial number to us to manually change CN to GL version.
