How to update Xhorse Dolphin XP005L (Dolphin II) key cutting machine?
First get machine activated follow instructions here:

How to Update in Dolphin II machine?
Click “System” on the main menu
Go to “Update Center”
It will show the current version and latest version of firmware and database update.
Click “Firmware update”-> Press “Update”
After the firmware update is completed, it will boot again automatically.
Then click System->Update Center->Database update->Update
Update successfully.
