Problem:
Is it possible to make an AES MQB key on a VW Transporter 2016 with xhorse vvdi key tool plus? When connecting to OBD this pops up. If I wanted to do it via the MLB+MQB tool, this key is not on the menu, what capacitor to remove, where to connect etc?
Here is the clue.
It will be MQB so-called a “IMMO 4.5” version.
On 2016 and 2017 T6 it is better to choose MQB and not do the automatic, the automatic will pick up wrong protocol. The same with Caddy, best to choose MQB instrument immo system.
Just do it via obd. Select MQB NEC + 24C64.
It will connect by obd as it’s add key.
