How to Bind VVDI MLB Tool with VVDI Key Tool Plus?

Problem:
Try to collect key data with Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool and VVDI Key Tool Plus. It does not work. It cannot be found/activated. Update MLB firmware, but still same error.

Error: “The current device is not activated and needs to be connected to the internet to be activated.”

Combine Vvdi Mlb Tool With Key Tool Plus 5 Combine Vvdi Mlb Tool With Key Tool Plus 6 Combine Vvdi Mlb Tool With Key Tool Plus 7
Solution:

Go to Immo Programming->More Function->Test Function (8)->Sub test function 58 to activate MLB tool with Key tool plus.
